Featuring three stages of sharpening set to the precise angle our knives require, plus a shear sharpener to keep all your cuts clean. A smooth grip and non-slip base keeps both knives and fingers safe, and the sharpener slides closed for easy storage. What else do you need?

Instructions:

Place the sharpener on a flat, steady surface and pull open to release. For each sharpening stage, place the knife blade into the sharpener at the point of the blade closest to the handle, and pull through in one smooth motion. Suggested pressure for each stage is listed below.

Sharpen Stage: For regular sharpening, once or twice a month. Applying medium pressure, pull the knife through two to three times, then move on to the Hone stage.

Reset Stage: For full blade restoration, use as needed. Applying even pressure, pull the knife through three to four times. When done, move on to the Sharpen stage, then Hone.

Hone Stage: For weekly maintenance, fine-tuning and post-sharpening refining. Applying light pressure, pull the knife through two to three times. Please note that regular use of this stage will keep your knives sharp enough to not have to require a reset!

Shears Stage: Shears & Scissors must be sharpened one blade at a time. Open the shears, then (carefully!) pull one blade through, then the other.

Please wash your knives afterwards to prevent cross-contamination!
