We want you to be completely pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, Schmidt Brothers will accept merchandise in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Holiday Return Policy:  

Merchandise must be returned within 45 days of your order receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges.  Gift cards, items on clearance, warehouse sale, or labeled discontinued are final sale and are non-refundable. Once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you that your return is being processed.

Be sure to return the item(s) via an insured and traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please note that buyer is responsible for cost of shipping on returns.  We recommend that you pack returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our office in good condition. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation (POD) showing that the package was actually received by our office.  

To ensure safety when sending back cutlery items, please wrap and secure the product to protect all points and edges from cutting through the shipping carton. This is in the interest of safety for all delivery personnel and to comply with US regulations when sending sharp objects through courier services.

Due to an increase in fraudulent returns, we recommend that you take a picture of your product in the box, with the shipping label, and keep it for your own records. Schmidt Brothers is not responsible for incorrect products shipped back in error. 

We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was actually received by our office.  

Schmidt Brothers Cutlery reserves the right to limit or reject returns when we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent behavior from a customer. 

If your order has been received damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please save the carton and all packaging materials and contact us immediately at: info@schmidtbrotherscutlery.com. We will contact you upon receipt on how to correct this issue.
