A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND D.C. WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE, IF OLDER) AS OF THE PROMOTION START DATE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. How to Enter

Beginning at 8:00AM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 7, 2026 and ending at 5:30PM ET on October 8, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"), you may enter the Schmidt Bros.® Consensus Great Brands Show Booth Giveaway (the "Promotion") by scanning the QR code displayed at the Schmidt Bros. booth at Consensus Great Brands Show in NY, NY (the "Event"), or by visiting https://schmidtbrothers.com/pages/giveaway (the "Entry Page"), and completing and submitting the online entry form with your first name, last name, and a valid email address (an "Entry"). You do not need to attend the Event to enter; the Entry Page may be accessed from any internet-connected device during the Promotion Period. One entry per person. In order to enter for a chance to win, the entry must subscribe to the email list. All Entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible. Incorrect and incomplete Entries are void. These Official Rules are available on the Entry Page and at the Schmidt Bros. booth.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person and per email address for the entire Promotion Period. If more than one Entry is received from the same person or email address, only the first Entry will be accepted. Multiple participants may not share the same email address. Any attempt to obtain more than one (1) Entry by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, or any other method will void your Entries and may result in disqualification. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including sweepstakes entry services) will void all Entries by you. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) as of the Promotion start date. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor (defined below) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses) and household members, whether or not related, of each, are not eligible. Entrants who are employed by a retailer, buyer, or other organization with policies that restrict accepting gifts or prizes are responsible for complying with those policies. Void where prohibited.

3. Privacy

Sponsor will collect the personal information you submit with your Entry (first name, last name, and email address) and will use it to administer the Promotion, including contacting winners, in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, located at https://schmidtbrothers.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you agree to Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information for these purposes and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy. On the entry form you may choose to receive marketing emails from Schmidt Bros. about new products, recipes, and offers. Opting in is optional, is not required to enter or win, and does not improve your chances of winning. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

4. Publicity Grant

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements about the Promotion for promotional purposes in any media, now known or hereafter devised, without further payment, consideration, notification, or permission.

5. Prizes

Two (2) prizes will be awarded, one (1) per winner:

First Prize (1): One (1) Schmidt Bros. Strata 7-Piece Knife Block Set. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $349.99.

Second Prize (1): One (1) Schmidt Bros. Zebra Wood, 6-Piece BBQ Knife Set, including an 11" brisket knife, 10" butcher knife, 8" chef BBQ knife, 6" boning knife, 6" carving fork, and canvas carrying roll with protective sheaths. ARV: $149.95.

Total ARV of all prizes: $499.94. Prizes will be shipped by Sponsor to the winner at a street address within the 50 United States or D.C. (no P.O. boxes) within approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after the winner is confirmed. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated here are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are covered by the Schmidt Bros. Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and are otherwise awarded "as is."

Prize safety: The prizes include sharp knives and cutlery. Each winner assumes all risk associated with the acceptance, possession, and use of the prize, and agrees to use and store the prize safely and out of the reach of children.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period, on or about October, 8, 2026. The first eligible Entry drawn will receive the First Prize and the second eligible Entry drawn will receive the Second Prize. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding.

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address submitted with their Entry. A potential winner must reply within five (5) days of the notification email and provide a shipping address, and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and (where permitted) publicity release. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) days, fails to return any required documents, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible Entries.

7. Conditions of Entry

If, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual tampering, fraud, computer virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, or technical failure that affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual responsible, void any suspect Entries, and modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated early, Sponsor may award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE ENTRY PAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

Sponsor, the Event organizer, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate Entry information; human error; technical malfunctions or failures of any network, device, server, or software, including any damage to any person's device relating to participation in the Promotion; inability to access the Entry Page, including due to poor connectivity at the Event venue; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of Entries; or Entries that are late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected. Submission of an online Entry is not proof of receipt.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising in connection with your participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including any injury, death, or property damage. If, because of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than stated in these Official Rules, the stated prizes will be awarded in a random drawing among all eligible claimants. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. To the extent permitted by law, you waive the provisions of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code and any similar law, which provides: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."

9. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any action concerning the Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED TO ENTER THE PROMOTION, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO ATTORNEYS' FEES AND TO INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Winners List

To request the names of the winners, email info@schmidtbrothers.com with the subject line "Consensus Great Brands Show Giveaway Winners" after October 8, 2026 and before November 30, 2026.
