We were inspired by a farmhouse for this set of jumbo steak knives. Rich pakkawood handles make a modern, rustic statement with high-quality German steel blades. Each handle is weighted and each blade features the patented Schmidt Brothers Curve® to control and guide the knives.

Blade:

  • Hand-wash and dry immediately with a cloth. Knives should be completely dry before placing in storage box. Do not place knives in dishwasher.

Handle:

  • Using a dry cloth, apply a small amount of mineral oil and distribute it evenly over each handle. Allow the oil to sit for roughly 20 minutes so it can fully absorb into the wood, then gently wipe away any excess. We recommend treating wood handles once a month.

Our high carbon 100% German stainless steel knives must be handwashed.
