Blade:

  • Hand-wash and dry immediately with a cloth. Knives should be completely dry before placing in storage block. Do not place knives in dishwasher.

Handle:

  • Using a dry cloth, apply a small amount of mineral oil and distribute it evenly over each handle. Allow the oil to sit for roughly 20 minutes so it can fully absorb into the wood, then gently wipe away any excess. We recommend treating wood handles once a month.

Block:

  • To clean the knife block, take the acrylic covers off and wipe with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the block in water.
