Magnetic Wall Bar Hanging Instruction Guide.
BEFORE STARTING: Please make sure to read all instructions carefully.
• The included mounting hardware is meant for drywall/stud mounting only. For other wall types, such as tile, please consult your local hardware store for assistance in selecting the appropriate hardware.
• Remove all parts from their packaging and lay on a flat, protected surface (e.g. a large table, floor).
• Do not discard any contents until after assembly / installation is complete to avoid accidentally discarding small parts or hardware.
• For ease of assembly, two people are recommended.
You NEED to send the mounting instructions with the wall bar. I thought I understood how to mount it because I’m generally pretty handy, and I assumed that since there were no instructions it would be straight forward. But it was only after I had already drilled holes and realized that the way I was doing it wasn’t working did I look it up. And much to my surprise there are indeed mounting instructions, but I guess you all thought it would be a good idea not to communicate that or provide those other than on the website. I got it mounted, and it’s great, I’m happy with it, but the mounting process was extremely frustrating. For a company that touts themselves as among the top in the industry, you need to be better.
